Welcome
Our hotel is placed at downtown centre of the city, at a few metres from the civic centre, the Cathedral and the María Crescencia sanctuarium(this is a devout woman that will be canonized soon). In front of us is the casino of the city, and also as recreation, the cinemas. Near from us, there is a mall with its court yard, and just a hundred metres distance, is the ped street of the town. At our hotel hospedate many people relationed with agro companies, specially those dedicated to seed, since our city is not only a national but also international research centre

Geographic location
Pergamino is located at the north of the province of Buenos Aires, and has an extensión of 2950 km2.
It´s limits are:
North: State of Constitución (Province of Santa Fe), and State of San Nicolás (Province of Buenos Aires). East: State of Ramallo (Province of Buenos Aires), State of Arrecifes (Provincie of Buenos Aires).and State of de Salto (Province of Buenos Aires). South: State of Rojas (Province of Buenos Aires). West: State of Colón (Province of Buenos Aires).
The Pergamino Industrial Campus is located at Avenue Presidente Frondizi nº 1150, at only 2 km of Pergamino downtown around, and at just few meters of state roads Nº8 and 188. Its location gives it a notable strategic importance because these roads have a high profitable traffic into the province of Buenos Aires. The campus counts with 701 hectáreas divided into 77 parcels of 5000, 7850 and 10000m2 and the industrial investments count with full free taxes.
