Pergamino is located at the north of the province of Buenos Aires, and has an extensión of 2950 km2.

East: State of Ramallo (Province of Buenos Aires), State of Arrecifes (Provincie of Buenos Aires).and State of de Salto (Province of Buenos Aires). South: State of Rojas (Province of Buenos Aires).
